Our restaurant is located in Bilbao, in the "Alde Zaharra". 

We offer a large variety of typical Basque food, and a worldwide know wine list. 

Head Cheff Mr Aldekoa suggest our guests our traditional cod croquettes and stuffed peppers.

An elegant and unpolluted presence. Its color is bright yellow. It leaves a good, glycerin presence in the glass, with slow detachment of the drops.High aromatic intensity, with noble aromas that combine perfectly with ripe fruit and the critical essence of the orange peel, spiced cinnamon shade, toffee, and the acacia flower.It’s large and persistent, unfolding a magnificent acidity enveloped in the sugar and the alcohol, leaving a dainty and pleasant sensation. Flat and very flavorful. In retro olfaction it gives us grape undertones perfectly assembled with the critical sensation
